2. AI Features Disclaimer

The Application provides AI-generated content using OpenAI technology.

• Accuracy: AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or biased. The Service Provider is not responsible for any output generated by the AI.
• Usage: You agree not to use the AI features for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

3. Subscriptions (Freemium)

• Payments: Processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds: Handled exclusively by the respective App Store (Apple/Google).

4. Anonymous Accounts

If you use the Application via Anonymous Sign-in, your data is linked to your device. If you delete the app or lose access to your device without linking an email, your data may be unrecoverable.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms or misuse the AI services.
